SESI Care Services is seeking a Disability & Aged Care Support Worker to empower older Australians and people with disabilities to live independently at home and in the community. This role involves female clients who have requested female support workers and requires travel across the Southern & South-Eastern Metropolitan areas.
You will provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support, companionship and transportation to appointments, while maintaining care plans and documenting.
