Connect Sydney is seeking a Customer & Operations Centre Operator to join the Harbour Zone team from Rockdale, NSW.
The role covers monitoring and responding to calls, faults and incidents from a 24/7 Control Room, coordinating responses and ensuring safe, efficient resolution.
The position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule over six weeks (four weeks of night shifts, two weeks of day shifts) with seven shifts per fortnight, including Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
