Service Experts is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Labourers to join our growing team. What you'll be doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with the setup, preparation, and completion of various projects and tasks
- Carrying out manual labour duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work site, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Operating hand tools and basic machinery under supervision and instruction
- Supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Following company policies, procedures, and safety protocols consistently
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with general maintenance and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas
What we're looking for
- Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding manual labour for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and work safely in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- A valid driver's licence
- Previous experience in construction, trades, or labour roles is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications as required by the role
