Serenade Leather is seeking a creative, commercially minded and results-driven professional to grow B2B wholesale and B2C retail sales through effective digital marketing and e-commerce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategies that generate B2B wholesale leads and increase B2C online sales.
- Manage and optimise our Shopify website, product listings, promotions and online merchandising.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other relevant social media channels.
- Create engaging product imagery, graphics, reels and short-form videos.
- Plan and execute digital advertising, SEO and email marketing campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, conversion rates and repeat purchases.
- Track sales and campaign performance, and work with the sales team to deliver measurable growth.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or social media management.
- Proven ability to drive online sales, attract customers and deliver commercial results.
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms, social media and digital advertising.
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, email marketing and content creation.
- Confident using Canva, Adobe or AI-powered creative tools.
- Organised, proactive and creative; fashion or accessories experience is an advantage.
