Serco Australia seeks a senior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) leader to provide strategic and operational guidance across its Justice contracts. You will elevate safety culture, strengthen risk controls and ensure robust HSE assurance while serving as the hands-on SME for the Justice Transport Services Victoria contract.
You will coach leaders, embed practical safety behaviours, drive environmental initiatives and lead governance, incidents, investigations and audits to sustain high standards.
