We’re seeking Registered Nurses who are keen to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality care to Defence members at Enoggera Health Centre on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide backfill coverage for our permanent team members, with rostered shifts varying based on operational requirements and generally falling Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.

About The Health Centre
Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, is the primary base for this position and supports nearby facilities including Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks. Established in 1908, Gallipoli Barracks is the largest military base in South Queensland, home to approximately 8,000 members and the Deployable Joint Force Headquarters.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals
- Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care
What You Bring
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum one year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting
- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
- Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
- Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care
- This role is primarily Monday to Friday, day shifts, working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and providing coverage for permanent staff leave on site.
