Join our team at our 102-bed Sunrise Beach aged care home, where we focus on personalised, resident-first care. Working within a small household model, you’ll help create a warm, connected environment that supports independence, choice and wellbeing. Be part of a team that builds strong relationships, encourages social engagement, and delivers high-quality, person-centred care every day.
Your part in our BlueCare team:
- Provide care to your residents in accordance with the Household Model of Care, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes, general mobility and laundry
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Advocating for the residents while providing them with choice, fostering skills and encouraging engagement
What makes a difference for us?
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
