SEQUAL is expanding psychosocial and complex behaviour support services across Brisbane’s northside. We’re seeking passionate Support Workers to join our teams.
You’ll work with people who have complex behavioural issues, mental health conditions, or trauma backgrounds, providing person-centred support in SIL houses, communities, or hospital settings.
Key duties include managing escalations with PBS plans, de-escalation, and documentation.
