You will drive client retention, engagement, and renewal revenue while coordinating with Delivery, Audit and Sales teams to improve service outcomes.
You will onboard new clients, guide audit readiness for SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR, and optimize CRM workflows in Salesforce and Hub Spot.
