Sell in Style Property Styling – Banyo QLD is looking for an In-House Sales & Customer Service Consultant. We want someone who can't wait to answer the phone and is driven to succeed.
At Sell In Style, we style homes so they sell faster and for more. We style over 1,500 homes a year, and every single one of them starts with a phone call. The leads are warm and come from our website, socials, and agents who use us repeatedly. This isn't cold calling; it's about turning enquiries into styled homes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be first to the phone on every new lead.
- Ask the right questions: property details, timeline, address, budget, and concerns.
- Build and send proposals the same day.
- Follow up diligently until you get a real answer.
- Book consultations and hand every won job to our crew.
- Look after the client through the install, campaign, and collection.
- Build relationships with agents for future jobs.
- Keep every lead, note, and next step recorded accurately.
About You:
- You’re competitive and know your numbers.
- You act quickly and prefer to make calls now rather than later.
- You are relentless in follow-up.
- You are organised and keep track of your busy book.
- You have a keen eye for what makes a home sell.
- You are curious about feedback and not discouraged by rejection.
- You are proficient with tools like phone, inbox, CRM, and quoting software.
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience in real estate, property styling, furniture, or interiors.
- Experience working towards weekly sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and quoting software (we use Go High Level and QuickBooks).
