This full-time role oversees daily operations during the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift, guiding a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
You will coordinate dispatch, monitor equipment, manage onboarding and performance feedback, and drive continuous improvement across safety and operations to support our manufacturing and logistics goals.
