Recruitment Select is currently seeking Process Workers and Machine Operators to join our client's leading, state-of-the-art cardboard manufacturing facility in Wodonga.
Our client offers exceptional working conditions, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and employee well-being.
This position is initially offered on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidates.
Full-time applicants will be required to undergo a police check and a medical assessment as part of the onboarding process.
A Monday-Friday working week, shifts can be either fixed, rotating, with the flexibility to work days, afternoons or potentially nights (after a training period on day or afternoon shift).
Competitive hourly rates, with overtime opportunities available after 8 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeding products into machines and assisting in machine operations.
- Learning to operate machinery as training progresses.
- Performing repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Using a forklift to move materials, load/unload goods, and support production flow. For dispatch, unloading/ loading trucks ready for delivery.
*Please note that a high level of experience is required to be successful in the forklift role.

These roles are ideal for individuals with specific availability or those looking to pick up additional shifts during the week.
