Recruitment Select is seeking a mature, experienced, and highly organised Administration Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic team based in Shepparton.
This is a part-time position working five days per week, ideally suited to someone looking for school hours and a positive work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and reliable team member with strong administrative skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reception support and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Professionally greet and assist clientele.
- Handle enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate stationery orders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience using SAP manufacturing software.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, positive, and \"can-do\" attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to be the go-to support person within the office environment.
- The ability to successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol screening.
- A current Police Check.
