Select Harvests Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our horticulture division. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive annual production targets and maintain strong safety and quality standards on the orchard floor.
You will coordinate farming programs, monitor crop growth, manage machinery, and support budget and reporting activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across our orchards.
