Select Harvests in Victoria seeks a Grower Liaison Manager to strengthen relationships with third-party almond growers across our external supply network. This field-focused role involves visiting growers, identifying supply opportunities, and supporting forecasting, contracts, compliance and harvest logistics.
You will expand external almond supply while maintaining strong ties with existing grower networks, traveling regularly to orchard locations and coordinating with Operations, Quality.
