About the Role As a Branch Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional service to our local customers. This position operates on a casual basis to provide cover for planned annual leave and unexpected sick leave, offering varied hours that fit around your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, account inquiries, and digital banking solutions. Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at every interaction.
