About the Role
As a Creche Educator, you will provide attentive care and supervision to children while their parents or carers use the facilities.
You will create a welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to learn through play.
Your hours
- Permanent part-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring and engaging environment for children.
- Supervise children and support their daily routines.
- Organise age-appropriate play-based activities.
- Encourage children's social, emotional and developmental growth.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised creche.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Follow child safety, supervision and workplace procedures.
About You
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them, as required.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Patient, caring and reliable, with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
