We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our new Melbourne Distribution Warehouse operation located in Epping, Victoria.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and making things happen.
You will be trusted to manage the operation, make decisions and drive improvements without being micromanaged.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operation, including stock control, receiving, picking and dispatch.
You will manage warehouse staff and set high standards, coordinate freight and customer orders, and maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.
You will identify and implement process improvements, monitor warehouse performance and inventory, and communicate effectively with management, customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
