About the Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse and ensuring smooth and timely operations—from inbound deliveries and inventory management to dispatch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse.
This is a full time position, based in Dandenong South
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock takes and cycle counts.
- Manage scheduling, workload planning, and performance metrics.
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Loading and Unloading of Containers.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Safety-first mindset with a solid understanding of WHS regulations.
