We are a family General Practice located in Gippsland.
We are searching for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing, friendly team.
The position will commence on a casual basis with a regular patterns of rostered hours. The shifts are across a variety of hours that include weekdays, weekday evenings as well as some weekends. Approximately 15 hours per week.
Our Reception staff members manage the day to day operations of the clinic and out team members are required to be punctual, reliable and responsible.
Medical Receptionist Roles Include:
Providing our patients a high level of customer service including understanding & empathy.
Opening & closing the clinic as per set procedures.
Processing of billing & patient accounts
Managing patient bookings, attending to patient enquiries & requests.
Managing correspondence including faxes, mail and emails.
The successful candidate will be required to be reliable & flexible with the ability to cover staff leave and absence when required.
The successful candidate should also have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and time effectively without direct supervision at all times.

Applicants with previous admin or medical reception experience will be highly regarded.
