We're looking for a driven and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on results and wants real earning potential without giving up work-life balance.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, booking quality appointments for our sales team in a supportive, energetic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to warm and qualified leads
- Introduce our services and book appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
- Keep accurate call notes and records in our CRM
- Follow up with leads to maximise bookings and show-up rates
- Work towards weekly appointment targets
- Be a positive, reliable part of a close-knit team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in appointment setting, phone sales or outbound calling (desirable, but we'll train the right person)
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Drive, resilience and a results-focused mindset
- Ability to handle objections and keep a positive attitude
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Coachable, motivated and keen to earn what you're worth
