About the role
We are seeking an Executive Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers strategic leadership and operational oversight of our cleaning services division. As Executive Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all operations. This role is pivotal in positioning our organisation for continued success and market expansion within the competitive cleaning services industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Manage relationships with key accounts and corporate clients, ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction
- Recruit, train, supervise and mentor team members to foster a high-performing, professional workforce
- Monitor and report on financial performance, budgets and operational costs to maximise profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with clients to identify service requirements and address concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain detailed records and generate performance reports for senior management
