Tuesday morning. On your bench: a curved walnut vanity heading to a Vaucluse master ensuite. The veneer's book-matched and laid, three soft-close drawers, a stone top dropping in next week, drawer fronts that have to land flush across the curve with no visible reveals. The shop drawing's pinned above your station.
Thursday, you're on site in Bellevue Hill fitting it - plus the library wall and the skirtings that have to die into it all like they grew there.
That's the job. Bench and site. Start to finish, all of it ours.
WHO WE ARE
We're an award-winning, vertically integrated builder of bespoke luxury homes in Sydney's best suburbs. We build end-to-end - joinery, architectural metalwork, structural steel - in our own shops, with our own people. Multiple MBA NSW Housing Excellence wins. A 3-year forward pipeline of confirmed work. Workshop in Padstow; sites across the eastern suburbs, lower north shore, northern beaches and inner north.
WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO
- Fabricate and assemble bespoke joinery - vanities, wardrobes, libraries, kitchens, custom everything
- Solid timber joinery, veneer matching, curve work and fine detail
- Run the CNC and the rest of the workshop machinery
- Install on site - joinery, doors, architraves, skirtings, mouldings, fit-off and hardware
- QA your own work before it leaves the bench and before you leave site
- Keep your kit sharp, your bench clean and your stock in order
- Have a say - we ask our tradesmen how the workflow, quality systems and site safety should work, and we act on it
WHO YOU ARE
- Trade qualified with 4+ years in joinery, cabinet making or high-end fit-out
- You read a complex shop drawing and see the finished piece before you cut
- Veneer doesn't scare you. Curves don't either
- You take pride in joints that don't need hiding
- Happy on the bench and happy on site - or honest about which one you're better at
- Full Australian working rights, White Card, driver's licence, own transport, own tools of trade
- You want to stay somewhere and build something - we're not after a short stint
