You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to real business projects and develop an understanding of how a large, fast-paced national organisation operates. The opportunity:
- Supporting business projects and initiatives
- Commercial analysis and reporting
- Business operations and process improvement
- Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation
- Conducting research and analysing business information
- Supporting commercial and operational decision-making
- Assisting with project coordination and administration
- Working with different departments and key stakeholders
- Supporting process reviews and business improvement initiatives
- General support across the broader business
About you:
- Be currently studying a Business, Commerce, Management or related degree and be in your 3rd or 4th year
- Be available to work at least 3-4 days per week
- Have a strong interest in business, commercial operations and management
- Have strong written communication, research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Be organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Be eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your work
Previous exposure to a corporate, retail or commercial environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
