- What You’ll Be Doing
- Accounts Payable
- Processing high volume invoices , supplier reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
- Ensuring accuracy across multi location, multi entity financial operations.
- Using
SAP to manage transactions, approvals, and reporting.
Bank reconciliations and handling complex financial data.
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve discrepancies .
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes .
- What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in an
Accounts Payable role within a wholesale, retail, or fast-moving commercial environment .
- Proven ability to manage high volume, complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency .
- Strong working knowledge within an enterprise ERP e. g. Oracle, JDE, SAP (essential).
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills .
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines .
- A keen eye for detail and strong reconciliation skills .
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
