We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our experienced team at Rivers & Co - Steak & Ocean Grill, located on the water in Sanctuary Cove/Hope Island.
A Restaurant Manager who is happy to work under the direction of our Venue Manager. Someone with strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality. Someone who can manage the venue with pride & professionalism.
Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct the staff at all times. We need a Manager who can manage rosters in accordance with criteria. Someone who has a great presentation and a real presence.
You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences because dealing with happy guests is the environment we create. You'll be happy to train and develop the staff, and provide thorough and motivational briefings. A senior team member who is positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader.
