You will have the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of projects in multiple NT locations, across all trade disciplines and financial values from $0 to $5,500,000.
This is not a site-based supervisory role. However, site visits are supported and could be a requirement to advance project efficiency. This is an office-based leadership position responsible for managing performance, accountability, reporting, and delivery through Buildertrend (Projects), ServiceM8 (Trades and Maintenance), and ClickUp (Team).

NBPS delivers projects throughout Arnhem Land, Kakadu and across the entire Northern Territory. We are a Multi-Trade Service provider and Project Builder delivering over 10,000+ Trade Maintenance jobs and 100+ Projects annually in often very remote and challenging locations.

- Proactive problem-solving, anticipating needs before they arise
Key Selection Criteria:
- Building Trade / Construction Experience and Experience in Project Management
- Previous Experience in Job management software Buildertrend is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy – Microsoft, Project Management systems, vehicle and machinery tracking systems, BlueBeam.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Dispute resolution skills
- Positive attitude & sound work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
