About us: We are a busy orthodontic practice seeking a new enthusiastic & committed team member. We are a highly regarded family-oriented practice with clinics in four locations across the Illawarra.
The role: You will be working in the clinic, providing chair-side support to our Orthodontists. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided in all aspects of the role. No certification or experience is required.
- You will need to have an easy rapport with patients and parents alike.
- A keen can-do attitude with a positive and strong work ethic are a must, as are punctuality and reliability.
- You will be trained in all aspects of the business, including clinical and clerical duties and reception.
- Chair-side assistance to the orthodontists.
- Patient preparation and care.
- Communication with patients of all ages.
- General tasks as required, including cleaning & preparation of clinics.
Essential to the role:
- Must have your own vehicle & current driver's license as travelling is required between practices.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a keenness to provide great customer service.
- Willingness to learn.
