Sunshine Coast hard-rock quarry is seeking a skilled and reliable Crushing and Screening Operator to join our production team in Nambour, Queensland. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our operations, ensuring the efficient processing and screening of materials to meet production targets and quality standards.
As a Crushing and Screening Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring crushing and screening equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify maintenance issues and report defects promptly to supervisors.
- Monitoring material flow, adjusting settings as needed to achieve required product specifications and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of production output, equipment performance and operational data.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting equipment components.
- Assisting in troubleshooting equipment problems and supporting maintenance teams when required.
- Complying with all safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational status and any concerns.
