About Us
We are an established wholesale distribution business based in Campbellfield, supplying a diverse range of consumer products throughout Australia.
We are looking for reliable, energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join our team.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
You'll be working in a busy, friendly warehouse environment where accuracy, efficiency and teamwork are essential.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking, packing and checking customer orders.
- Preparing orders for dispatch within daily courier deadlines.
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock.
- Labelling products and preparing cartons for shipment.
- Packing, stacking, wrapping and securing pallets.
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory counts.
- Loading and unloading deliveries and containers.
- Using warehouse computer systems to process orders and stock movements.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Assisting other team members with general warehouse operations.
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and takes pride in getting the job done properly.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous warehouse or pick-and-pack experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
A current forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential.
