In return, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, build valuable skills and contribute to a supportive team delivering specialist cardiac care. If you are someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people and is looking for a varied role with opportunities to grow, we would love to hear from you.

  • Processing patient accounts, billing and payments accurately.
  • Confirming appointments and assisting with daily clinic coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, including scanning and filing clinical documentation.
  • Completing end-of-day banking and reconciliation.
  • Performing ECGs and fitting 24-hour Holter and blood pressure monitors, with training provided.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and assisting colleagues as needed.

About you:

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to patient care. You will ideally have:

  • A warm, approachable and compassionate manner when interacting with patients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to assist with roster changes and provide coverage across our clinic locations when required.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities beyond traditional reception duties.
  • Previous medical reception and/or medical billing experience (highly regarded).
  • Experience with HealthTrack or similar medical practice software (advantageous).
  • Must be willing to cover a few of our sites.
