Broadmeadows Bowling Club is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service and helping create a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
Gaming Attendant
Casual Position | 20–25 Hours Per Week
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests.
- Operate within the gaming room while ensuring compliance with responsible gambling requirements.
- Process gaming machine payouts and assist patrons with enquiries.
- Monitor and maintain the presentation, cleanliness and overall operation of the gaming area.
- Ensure all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation and venue procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the club.
- Assist with general venue duties as required.
What You'll Bring
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and Victorian Gaming Licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends and a variety of shifts as required.
- A friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous gaming, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Current TAB accreditation preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.
