We are seeking a driven, commercially astute and results-oriented Sales Professional with experience in capital raising, client relations and with real estate and property investment knowledge. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual who combines strong sales and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of property backed investment opportunities and commercial relationships.
The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with investors, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships and converting prospects into tangible commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across property and investment-related markets.
- Support capital-raising initiatives through investor engagement, relationship management and opportunity development.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors, business partners and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales presentations, investment information, proposals and client-facing documentation.
- Utilise CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and other digital tools to manage leads, reporting, communications and sales pipelines.
- Research market trends, property opportunities and potential investment prospects.
- Negotiate commercially favourable outcomes while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor sales performance and contribute to business growth strategies.
About you
- Sales expertise: A proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, negotiate and close commercial opportunities.
- Capital raising experience: An understanding of investor engagement, funding opportunities, capital introductions or investment acquisition.
- Real estate knowledge: A solid understanding of property markets, property transactions or investment fundamentals.
- Property savvy: The ability to recognise commercial potential, assess opportunities and understand the drivers of property value.
- Strong computer skills: Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital platforms, online research tools and business software.
- Commercial acumen: The ability to identify opportunities, understand financial drivers and make sound commercial decisions.
- Communication skills: Confidence engaging with investors, business owners, professionals and senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivation: A proactive, organised and outcomes-focused approach, with the initiative to work independently and contribute to a growing business.
Experience in property development, investment sales, financial services, family office connections, commercial real estate or business funding will be highly regarded.
