This is a part time role , 3 days per week from Tuesday to Thursday . It will suit an individual that has wide experience across a range of finance related office duties.
Payroll management for 45 employees Using MYOB , supported by web based human resource tools Employment Hero and Bundy Plus .
Experience with these tools is desirable but not mandatory.
Other responsibilities include peripheral human resource management functions such as worker's comp management and staff safety training and compliance .
Accounts payable - entry of supplier invoices , following up required invoice approvals , reconciling supplier statements and preparing electronic payment files .
Accounts Receivable - assisting the Administration Manager with Invoicing and payment processing
General Accounts - assisting Administration Manager with month end accounts processes including closing journal entries and account reconciliations.
Cash Flow - assisting the Administration Manager with cash flow management .
