As they continue to grow their services in Residential Aged Care Living, they are seeking a qualified and experienced General Manager / Residential Manager to lead an engaged team based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

About the Opportunity
Supported by a collaborative clinical and management team, we are seeking a caring and dynamic leader with RN clinical qualifications and demonstrated experience in leading a multi-disciplinary allied health teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and empowering the team to embed a culture of patient-centric care, teamwork, and community care.
Develop and deliver the organisational strategy in partnership with the executive leadership team.
Managing governance across company policies, systems and processes including organisational risk framework, mandatory reporting, assets, and workforce management.
Develop a culture open to staff learning, development and knowledge sharing always striving to be the best in the industry.
Plan and deliver the achievement of safety outcomes, always ensuring safety first for patients, staff and the community.
Identify and deliver continuousimprovement programsto current serviceswhilst demonstrating inspirational resilience and professionalism.
Oversee the collection and analysis of Residential Aged Care key performance indicators,
Work collaboratively with the Quality Management Team to enhance the aged care quality systems and contribute to quality improvement programs and other facility activities to meet service/accreditation standards.
Participate in the strategic, business and budget planning process and report progress in respect to Residential Aged Care
Skills and Experience
Proven leadership experience leading a multi-disciplinary team across the aged care sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Management/Commerce or relevant field.
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate innovative and patientcentric strategies.
Advanced business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
High level of knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, standards and government funding models.
