Geelong Dental Group is seeking an experienced and highly capable Principal Dentist to join our practice and take on an important clinical leadership role.
Due to personal circumstances, our current Principal Dentist is presently unable to practice. We are looking for an accomplished dentist who can bring strong clinical experience, leadership capability and a broad scope of dental practice to the role.
The Ideal Candidate
This opportunity would ideally suit a dentist who:
- Has at least 8 years of clinical experience.
- Has a broad scope of practice and is confident undertaking a wide range of general dental procedures.
- Has strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex treatment plans.
- Is confident in comprehensive treatment planning and patient care.
- Demonstrates clinical leadership and can support and mentor other clinicians.
- Has a strong interest in practice development and the commercial aspects of dentistry.
- Is looking for a senior position with potential for a longer-term partnership.
What We Offer
- 40% commission.
- Minimum $1,000 daily retainer, with remuneration structured to provide a guaranteed minimum, subject to agreed terms.
- Potential profit-sharing arrangement, open for discussion.
