This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to step into a high-profile, technically complex project and play a key role in its successful delivery. Working alongside a highly experienced project team, you'll be responsible for driving the electrical package from planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover.
You’ll be joining a high-performing team delivering a major data centre project in Western Sydney, working closely with the client, consultants, construction team, subcontractors and key suppliers.
Your role will include:
- Leading the delivery of the electrical services package from start through to completion
- Managing project planning, programming, procurement and commercial outcomes
- Coordinating engineering, design development and technical interfaces
- Leading and developing project engineers, supervisors and site teams
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders
- Driving quality, safety, programme and project performance
- Working closely with the construction team to resolve issues and maintain momentum
- Managing commissioning, testing and final handover
- Building strong relationships with the client and project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- A strong electrical contracting background
- Experience delivering major commercial, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects
- Proven experience managing large electrical packages and project teams
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced Tier 1 construction environment
- Data centre experience is highly regarded, but strong major-project electrical experience will also be considered.
