We are a leading provider of concrete retaining wall products across the state, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing crew.

- What you'll be doing
As the face (and voice) of Outback Sleepers Victoria, you'll be the heartbeat of our office. Your day-to-day will include:
- Being the Go‐To: Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.
- Expert Advice: Helping customers pick the right products and coordinating their deliveries.
- Keeping it Real: Managing data entry and records to keep our orders running like clockwork.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with our different departments to make sure every customer leaves happy.
- Lending a Hand: Providing general administrative support to keep the office humming.
What we're looking for
You don't need to be a concrete expert yet (we'll teach you that!), but we are looking for:
- The \"People\" Person: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for great service.
- The Multitasker: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't sweat a deadline.
- The Problem Solver: High attention to detail and a \"can-do\" attitude.
- The \"Comfortable with Technology\": Solid computer and numerical skills.
• Bonus points: Experience with MYOB is a huge plus!
