Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc, HAAS or similar)
- Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds
- Read engineering drawings and machine to tight tolerances
- Conduct first-off and in-process inspections
- Improve cycle times and machining processes
- Manual machining as required (highly regarded)
