We are looking for a passionate Centre Director / Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead an early learning service in Parramatta. Your Role
As the Centre Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, including:
- Leading and mentoring educators and Room Leaders
- Managing daily operations, staffing, and centre performance
- Maintaining NQF, NQS and regulatory compliance
- Supporting EYLF implementation and quality educational practice
- Leading the Quality Improvement Plan and Assessment & Rating preparation
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Supporting enrolments, occupancy, and team engagement
About You
You may currently be a: Centre Director | Centre Manager | Nominated Supervisor | Assistant Director | 2IC
You will ideally have:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous leadership experience within an early learning or childcare service
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance
- Confident team leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for developing educators and delivering quality outcomes for children
