Help people build a life they genuinely want to live
ABOUT US
Some organisations measure success by billable hours. We measure it by whether the people we support are living better lives because we walked alongside them.
Support Coordination is about far more than implementing an NDIS plan.
It's about helping people understand their options, make informed decisions, build the right support network and move towards the life they want to live.
We're building a team of experienced Support Coordinators supporting participants across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions, with growth plans into Aged Care and DVA.
If you're looking for a role where relationships matter, quality is valued, and you'll have the freedom to do the job properly, we'd love to hear from you.
THE ROLE
This is more than a coordination role.
It's an opportunity to become a trusted partner in someone's life.
Working with your own caseload, you'll support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, navigate the disability sector, connect with the right supports and build the confidence to achieve their goals.
No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
- Help participants navigate the disability sector and connect with the right supports.
- Build participants' confidence and capacity to achieve their goals.
- Work closely with families, providers and community services to ensure the right support at the right time.
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships, not transactional ones.
- WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This role starts with a simple belief: exceptional Support Coordination changes lives.
As an established, registered NDIS provider, we've had the privilege of working alongside some truly outstanding Support Coordinators.
We've seen the confidence they build, the barriers they remove and the opportunities they create for the people they support.
That's the standard we're building our team around.
We've also learnt something important.
While billable hours are part of every sustainable business, they should never become the purpose of the role.
The best Support Coordinators aren't remembered because they achieved a utilisation target.
They're remembered because they answered the phone, followed through on their commitments, communicated openly and earned the trust of the people they supported.
Relationships matter | Being responsive matters | Professional judgement matters Doing what you said you would do matters | Most of all, participant outcomes matter
We're not looking for people who can coordinate supports.
We're looking for people who want to change lives through exceptional Support Coordination.
If that resonates with you, there's a good chance you'll feel at home here.

- Experience in Support Coordination or a similar case management role, with a solid understanding of the NDIS.
- A genuine enjoyment of building relationships, solving problems and advocating for people when it matters.

- THE PERKS
We believe that when you invest in good people, they do their best work.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, given the autonomy to make decisions, and encouraged to keep developing professionally as our Support Coordination team grows.
