About the Role
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to lead our evening bar operation and help create an experience our guests will remember.
- Minimum 4 days per week, including Friday and Saturday nights.
- Bar operates 12pm – 10:00pm, 7 days a week.
- Full-time or part-time/casual opportunities available.
- Lead and support a team of 1–3 staff, depending on trade levels.
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar during your shift.
- Help create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests.
- Oversee guest activities and ensure they run smoothly.
- Manage stock levels, tills and end-of-night reporting.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Work independently and confidently manage busy shifts.
About You
- We’re searching for someone who is friendly, outgoing and approachable.
- Confident behind a bar – experience is essential.
- Self-motivated, reliable and responsible.
- Comfortable taking charge and making decisions during busy shifts.
- Passionate about customer service and creating a great atmosphere.
- Organised and confident with stock control, cash handling and reporting.
- A natural team player who can lead by example.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity.
Supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to take ownership.
