We’re seeking a confident Telesales professional to drive new referral business through high-volume outbound calls and support the onboarding of new NDIS clients into our services.
This role blends outbound sales, relationship management, and structured intake work, with a strong focus on conversion, follow-up, and a positive onboarding experience.
What you’ll do

Make 50-60 outbound calls per day with the expectation of min. 2 hour talk time per day

Build strong relationships with potential clients, identify referral needs, promote available services, and convert opportunities into confirmed NDIS referrals.

Manage follow-ups via calls, email, and SMS

Guide participants and families through the onboarding process

Maintain accurate CRM records and hand over onboarded participants to clinical teams
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in telesales or high-volume outbound calling

Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs through persistence, resilience, and a numbers-focused approach.

Clear, confident communication with a people-centred approach

Highly organised and comfortable working remotely

CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Experience in disability, community services, support coordination or the NDIS is an advantage but not essential.
Must be available to start ASAP.
