Key responsibilities
- Produce premix samples as directed by the Research Manager
- Test samples in final product challenge testing
- Identify opportunities to the Research Manager
- Support calibration and verification of measuring equipment
- Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure safe use of equipment
- Assist in investigations of non-conforming products or customer complaints
- Support the team technically as required
About you
- Knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP)
- Experience in food or ingredient manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to perform laboratory and in-process testing
- Sound communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., AI, Microsoft Suite)
