The Role
This is a hands-on production role within our manufacturing operation, producing high-end components for the mining industry. You'll be part of a small, capable team producing high-quality products to spec – with the opportunity to develop your skills and become a key part of how we operate day to day.
Whether you're just starting out in manufacturing or you've got years of production experience behind you, if you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute, we want to hear from you.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Mixing, pouring, and processing production materials
• Quality checking finished components against specifications
• Keeping the production area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production schedules
• Assisting with materials handling and movement around the facility
What We're Looking For
Essential:
• A genuine willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and doing the job well
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Safety-conscious with a respect for workplace procedures
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a small team
Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (3–5 years ideal)
• Familiarity with component manufacturing or materials processing
• Current forklift licence (LF ticket)
