About the role:
- Casual position to start - full time for reliable guys!!
- Operating excavators across electrical, drainage and earthworks projects.
- Pit n Pipe / Conduits
- Installation of stormwater and sewer drainage.
- Bulk and detailed earthworks.
- Trenching, battering, and backfilling.
- Working safely around live underground services.
- Assisting with general civil labouring duties when and if required.
- Working alongside experienced civil crews across multiple projects.
- Projects located in North & South Brisbane - work local to home!
What you'll get with us:
- Earn up to $50 per hour plus penalties, depending on experience.
- 8-11 hour days with allowances thrown on top.

What you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience operating excavators within civil construction.
- Proven experience completing drainage and earthworks.
- Experience working around underground services.
- Ability to read plans and work to levels is highly regarded.
- Relevant VOCs and machinery tickets preferred.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Willingness to assist with manual labour when required.
- Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude with pride in delivering high-quality work.
