ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations with hands‐on leadership.
- Drive performance and ensure KPIs and sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance.
- Promote key brands and products using your industry knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site presentation.
ABOUT YOU
- You're a motivated automotive professional who knows how to lead a team and deliver great customer experiences.
- Hands‐on, driven, and mechanically minded.
- Strong communicator and team leader focused on customer service.
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre or similar.
- Current QLD Driver's Licence.
