. Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and execute daily operational and workflow activities
- Support and align office staff with strategic business goals
- Generate detailed and accurate reports on operational performance
- Maintain and manage workplace documentation in line with legal and industry best practices
- Continuously review and improve systems, processes, and documentation
- Manage external communication and technology support for all third-party services
- See tasks through to completion with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Set and uphold high professional standards across all areas of the business.
1. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an operations, project, or office management role
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Netsuite ERP (or relevant system experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a beauty, fashion, or consumer product environment
