Key responsibilities
- Manage the venue with pride and professionalism under the Venue Manager
- Ensure all staff are providing excellent service
- Direct the staff at all times
- Manage shift reporting and rosters in accordance with criteria
- Train and develop the staff using our Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide thorough and motivational briefings

- Solid operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality
- Confident in shift reporting and managing rosters
- Great presentation and real presence
- Happy to train and develop staff
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
- Senior team member with leadership experience
- Above-market salary package
- Substancial bonus structure paid weekly
- Closed on the majority of public holidays including Christmas and NY.
