We are a small team and are known for our hard work, persistence and passion and have strong relationships with our clients. Although we are a stable organisation, we are dynamic and always looking to innovate.
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations to company accounts
- Month End Journals
- Budgeting through MYOB
- Monthly PAYG
- Knowledge of BAS – completed by an external BAS agent
- Preparation cashflow (via established template)
- Weekly/Monthly Gross Profit Reporting
- Assist with FYE Accounts
- Cost reporting
- Monthly payroll and superannuation payments via MYOB
- Client Invoicing & Reporting

About you:
- You have an accounting related qualification or are studying towards one.
- You hold a high level of attention to detail.
- You have experience using MYOB
- You are at least a medium level user of Excel.
- You are a fast learner who has a proactive approach.
- You are committed to following set systems and processes.
- You are available to work within an office environment.
